Ensure the security of the country office staff.
Ensure the security of the entire office.
Ensure LENEL GLOBAL SECURITY System is operative.
Ensure working of all the CCTV Cameras is operational.
Render pre travelling advice to the staff moving out of the city
Appraise latest security situation to the staff of the city /country.
The subject appointment was reporting directly to the CE/ED. The duties were as under.
1. Security Matters:
K & Ns Private Ltd. (Manager Admin & Security)
To provide guidance to heads/ in charge of respective location on security issues.
To resolve security related issues as on as required basis.
To carry out periodic security check.
To ensure that security staff is familiar with their duties and are performing in a satisfactory manner.
To improve existing security procedures, where required, and introduce measures to maximize this aspect.
To recommend appointments, postings/transfer, dismissal, promotion, disciplinary action etc. pertaining to security & admin staff. Such recommendations shall be made to the CHR, for final letter / instructions shall be issued by the CHR after due process at the Head Office.
2. Administrative Matters.
To assist, guide and pursue in resolving the issues / problems of administrative nature involving official departments of Govt., civil administration, police.
To facilitate settlement of matters pertaining to the following offices/ departments in respect of the mentioned location and the Lahore Regional office:
PESSI, EOBI, SNGPL, LESCO.
Job assigned: Assistant Manager Site Acquisition/Government Relations.
1.Liaison with site owners for access / Commercial Power / rental and other issues to keep the sites operational.
2.Monitor remote security system on Warid BTS towers against theft.
3.Negotiate on behalf of the company with vendors when assigned specifically.
4.Assigned tasks of other regions.
5.Discipline of Security Guards deputed on Warid BTS Towers.
6.Procure NOC’s against the BTS towers from the Environmental department.
7.Liaison with the Police department.
8.Prepared SOPs /rules and regulations related to Warid BTS towers, and ensured implementation.
9.Held fortnightly conferences with security companies’ management on the security issues at the BTS sites.
10.Ensure smooth functioning of the security system related to BTS towers.
11.Ensure implementation of rules and regulations of the company.
12.Selection of the site (BTS Towers).
13.Procuring NOCs from all the Government Departments.
14.Arrange / Plan visits of company high management & foreign delegations to the BTS towers.
Responsibility of complete security, administration, protocol, training, HR operations and strategic management; and annual finances of a Regiment. Nominated protocol officer by the formation commander to assist the senior officers of the formation to conduct their visits to administration /operational installations duty performed required high skill, coordination and assurance/implementation of the formation SOPs.

2.Staff Officer (Operations) to three successive Commanding officers of Pakistan Army JD Included, Security, administration and Discipline of Juniors Officers, Troops.
